Will Call Orders

We encourage phone orders. Our crew will select the best available plant material and set it in our holding area. If possible, please call at least a day in advance. We can help with last-minute orders if time allows. ORDERS CAN BE HELD FOR 10 CALENDAR DAYS.

Delivery Orders

We deliver to many locations in northern and central California, and we do not charge for deliveries. We require a minimum of $1000.00. Orders for delivery require two days advance notice for organizing and routing purposes, with a minimum two-hour window for drop time. Orders are occasionally held for consolidation to certain delivery areas.

Please have a representative from your company at the delivery site to accept the plant material, and to help unload the truck. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to shipping date.

Please Note: Our company policy prohibits our drivers from driving or parking on any residential driveways, to prevent damage to the driveways.

Quantity Discounts

Matsuda’s offers discounts on large, one-time orders submitted for bid. Our process can take up to a few days to complete. Discounts are determined on the dollar amount of the order.

Take advantage of our Perennial Special for selected plants grown by Matsuda’s. The discount applies to orders that include 100 or more perennials (mix or match), picked-up or delivered together. Once you have an approved Member Login and password, you may check the Hot Sheets for weekly specials.

Special Orders

If we are temporarily out of certain plants, you can request a special order. Generally, if the plants are available they will arrive in seven to 10 days – often sooner. No deposit required, we just would like your commitment to purchase the plants.

Return Policy

We accept returned plant material for credit only.

    • Provide the original invoice with returns.
    • Return plants in their original condition within 10 days of purchase.
    • Damaged or planted material will not be accepted.

Claims

Please make claims immediately upon receipt of goods. We do not honor claims filed after goods have been accepted or made within seven days after arrival.

Non-Warranty

We exercise extreme care in labeling all plants properly. We give no warranty, expressed and/or implied, as to the variety or productivity of the nursery stock purchased. Liability is not incurred for contingencies beyond our control.
