How to Apply for A Purchasing Account

To apply for a purchasing account with us, please complete the New Customer Account Application English or the New Customer Account Application Español and provide a copy of your Nursery, Contractor or Business License.

You may fax your application to 916.689.8207 or email it to CS@MatsudasNursery.com and please mail the original paperwork to P.O. Box 6750 Folsom, CA, 95763-6750.

The approved application allows COD or point of purchase only.

If your account information changes, please submit an Account Change Form.

Provide a Copy of Your License

  • Matsuda’s must have a copy of one the following active licenses on file:
  • Contractor’s License: A, B, or C-27
  • Architect’s License
  • Arborist’s Certification
  • License to sell Nursery Stock issued by the State
  • Business License in a related field
    • Landscape Maintenance Company
    • Landscape Design Company

How to Apply for A Credit Account

To apply for credit, please complete and sign the Credit Application.

You may fax your Credit Application to a secure fax line at 916.673.9254 and please mail the original paperwork to P.O. Box 6750 Folsom, CA, 95763-6750.

Once your credit is approved, you can start purchasing on credit.
